College admission question

Hi, I need someone to proof read my college admission question. I typed it out, but I need someone to check it for grammatical errors and make it better (make sure it’s good). Please Help, T
Samford is a community where excellence, purpose, connection and empowerment are realized. How do you believe your experiences and relationships thus far have prepared you to realize your greatest potential in college? What makes you unique, and how do you plan to grow over a Samford career?
I earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Miles College in 2013. I struggled throughout my collegiate career. While working a full time job, I took care of my mother who had been diagnosed with renal failure. Though I worked hard to keep up, I still had a hard time, resulting in me graduating with a low GPA. Eight years later, I look back and wish I could do it all over again. Graduating with such a low GPA intimidated me in to not pursuing my lifelong dream of being a Doctor of Pharmacy. Every form of moving forward with my education completely intimidated me- Until now. At the age of 32, I am no longer afraid. If it means that I have to start completely over, I am willing to do so. I will do whatever it takes to pursue my dream.
During the past eight years post undergraduate studies, I have met so many people and learned so many things about myself. I have been a youth mentor and Color Guard Coach at Woodlawn Magnet High School for over 10 years. While mentoring the youth, they taught me to never give up on myself and follow my dreams not matter how challenging they are. I am also a leader in my chapter of Order of Eastern Star, a Christian organization. I organize several community service events devoted to helping less fortunate people in Birmingham and surrounding areas. Being a part of such a beautiful organization has allowed me to meet people from different walks of life. They taught me to be humble, because no one knows what tomorrow may hold. My experience over the past eight year and relationships has taught me that no matter how big a challenge can be, face it. Live life at my fullest potential, or I will live in fear and regret.
I am not a traditional student, and I have lived my worst nightmare- living every day with a dream in my heart and afraid to pursue it. That regret fuels my passion for success. With this second chance, I plan to do things differently. I plan from Tranesha Morrow, CPhT, BS in to Dr. Morrow.
