Three Solutions for Summer Sweat

It has been said that ladies do not sweat they merely glisten, but whomever made that statement never endured the high humidity temperatures of the Deep South. When August rolls around everyone sweats if they venture out of doors.
Summer sweat is not attractive, does not smell pleasant, and leaves you feeling sticky all over. There are a few things that you can do to reduce the amount of perspiration you have.
1. Dress for the Weather
Wearing the appropriate clothing can reduce the amount of summer sweat you have to deal with. In the summer months you should wear clothing that fits loosely. Looser clothing will allow air to get between the cloth and your skin and that will allow the moisture to evaporate.
Wear light colored clothing that is made from cotton and natural fibers. Cotton allows the air to enter through the cloth and cool you naturally. The darker colors absorb the heat and make you feel hotter, while lighter colors reflect the heat and cool you down.
2. Stop Wearing Deodorant
Deodorant disguises foul odors like a perfume does. You do not want to wear deodorant in the summer time. Deodorant is fine for the winter months, but when the temperatures start to climb above seventy degrees you need to switch to an antiperspirant.
